Our Founder
Mrs. Sudha Murali is the founder of Kiah Pro Consulting. She comes with rich experience and knowledge from her 15+ years experience as IT professional at different corporates and as an Entrepreneur of a Handloom StartUp ‘ Mudhra Trends’ for 4 years. She is a self made person and a strong advocate for women empowerment and DEIB. She is a Certified Trainer for POSH and POCSO. She is an active Rotarian for the past 5 years and is part of District Program “ Acham Thavir” for POSH and POCSO SENSITISATION for the year 2024 -25. Sudha Murali‘s interview on POCSO has been published in Kalki , a famous publishing media . Her thoughts on POSH was broadcasted on Hello FM Radio. Sudha Murali also had the honor of participating in the Students Podcast on POCSO expressing her views on POCSO implementation at Symbiosis law school of Hyderabad. Sudha Murali is also a Mindfulness instructor for Teens and Young Adults .

Our Mission
We aim at having around 50 schools become POCSO compliant and touch around 3000+ lives of teachers at schools via POCSO implementation and awareness sessions by the year 2026. We would want to create an impact over 5000+ employees by creating awareness through gender sensitisation and POSH awareness and help the over 25 corporates and industries become POSH compliant.
